The Host has met us at the security point and assisted us to the property. Handed over the keys although there was a key lock. Showed us around the property including how the air cons, TV, boiler, hob and oven is operated. Shared WiFi and our barcode to be able to access pools and other facilities in the complex. Also attended when we had issues with missing towels, cuttlery and aircon. They were welcoming and accommodating.

Krásny dvojspálňový apartmán (Italius) s výhľadom na bazény a more. Lokalita blízko café Paris. Vkusne zariadený s takmer všetkým čo je potrebné, naozaj čistý a priestranný.
Wifi, TV, Air-conditioning, práčka
Bezproblémový neskorší check out

We were met at accommodation by welcoming staff. Loved the facilities and the play park for the kids.
Accommodation was clean.
