The communication was excellent from start to finish. The area was perfect and the room was spotless.
The transfer to airport in the morning was a lovely gesture.
Our room was upstairs and the staircase was very steep and steps were higher than normal stairs. If I had know it was an upstairs room sooner I would of requested a room downstairs. We were 3 ladies in our 60s, one being a bit hard on mobility so the stairs were an obstacle especially carrying our heavy holiday suitcases. The room had a small double and a single bed. This we found a bit cramped, one night was fine but any longer and it wouldn't of suited us in the small room. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room so couldn't dry our hair. The breakfast was just cereal, chocolate croissants, a couple of breakfast bars and yoghurt. All lovely items but not very filling.

For one night near the airport the room served its purpose. the staff were great. it was clean. The pick up and drop off to the airport was very useful.
It was noisy. 2 nights of a ground floor room with people coming and going upstairs and the fire door banging. i didn't sleep well.
