Everything was spectacular!

Nothing to dislike; everything is perfect!

The location was great, close to the beach and local eateries and shops. Excellent quality linen

It needs a bit of tlc, peeling paint in the bathroom and some scuff marks. The aircon in the bedroom was noisy throughout the night

It was neat and clean, and in a really central location. Perfect for what we needed.

Honestly, it was already great. Just a few small things that would make it even better: • A small box of milk and some espresso pods would have been a big bonus • There were only two normal-sized coffee mugs. The others were huge soup-style mugs, so a few more regular coffee cups would be great for coffee/tea when you’re more than two guests • When pressing the button inside the gate, both the gate to the road and the gate into the apartment block opened. Also, the gate to the sidewalk doesn’t lock immediately when it closes, which raised a bit of a safety concern • All the bedding was neat and clean. The blankets rolled up in the basket in the lounge had a bit of a stale smell, maybe just from not being used for a while • Inside parking would have been a big bonus

It was a neat clean apartment.

Really struggle with communication. Left messages on Booking.com & both the cell numbers provided. I called the numbers, nobody answered/press the red button. Charging R1000 per 15 min late check out fee is ridiculous even when arrangements were made. Struggle getting luggage across busy road to apartment. Not ideal to stay there with large amount of luggage(self catering) because you need to carry a lot of stuff over the busy road to the second floor.
