New house - good kitchen / bathroom. Deck area is fine with hot-tub. Quiet - if uninspiring - neighbourhood.
Garden clearly untended for weeks with long grass. Contacted the agents who told me it was due to the cleaner having a bereavement. Asked if somebody could cut the grass - told 'no' but I could do it myself if I wanted!!!!!!! Figured I didn't pay 200 Euro a night to cut my own grass.
