The flat was cleaned and it’s very suitable for a long family stay
There was no elevator in the building, the helper didn’t offer to support with our luggage in the check-in and I carried all the luggage to the fourth floor alone with my two kids.
In the checkout I got a call requesting me to checkout ASAP as there’s new guest is coming and this was at 10 am and I suppose to checkout by 12pm.

The staff and the guard Ahmed was extremely friendly with his very helpful family that can help with whatever I want, and it was similar to pictures and try to make everything simple for me.
Everything was good but one thing is not about the property is about all Egypt, im kind of afraid of dogs and there is many dogs in the streets nearby, but they were friendly.
