Great accommodation. Comfy space with all utilities and shower and necessary items to live temporarily.
8 USD to do laundry, was not read when I showed up

A small but cosy, clean and quiet apartment in a two-story house with an individual entrance on top of Betlemi stairs - so, prepare to climb a lot of stairs and walk uphill while staying here; for that, you will be awarded with a great view over Tbilisi and the authentic feel of the old city. The aparment has a comfortable bed, small shower room and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and an induction stove plus a full range of house supplies, AC, cable TV and fast wi-fi.
For its size the apartment has all the possible amenities, plenty for a single traveller like myself, but it can be suitable for a couple too.

the hot water heater kept turning off.
The apartment is under the stairs to the second floor.
You can clearly hear people walking up and down.
