Self check-in instruction is clear and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, there is even an extra bed and sheet/towel. The kitchen has listed amenities. Location-wise, it’s only 20 mins by tram to the old town and it’s located next to the bus station. The building itself is modern and everything is functional.
The staff takes forever to reply to my inquiries. Also be careful if you’re staying during the winter because there’s no heating and I couldn’t figure out a way to adjust the indoor temperature. I stayed during the summer but the temperature dropped and it already felt quite cold. The bed does not feel really comfortable.

Location. Design. Host.
You can’t make apartment dark enough during the “night”, plus the bed was somehow not comfortable. Late check-in.

Super close to the bus station, surprisingly quiet, well-equipped, cosy. I was expecting a room for one-night with nothing except necessities, but I've got such a good room it was pity I couldn't stay there longer.
Exceptional placement with everything you need in walking distance + great access to public transport.
It would be my #1 place to stay in Tallinn.
Bed was a bit harder than I get used to
