The apartment has everything you might need during your stay if you want to feel more at home rather than in a hotel. You can do your laundry, cook your own meals, and so on. The overall equipment is more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The apartment is located just one street away from the sea, so the beach is really close. Free parking is available in the surrounding streets. Sometimes you need to look around a little for a free space, but it never took me more than about 5 minutes to find one. There is a Consum supermarket about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so you can easily get anything you might need during your stay. There is also a pharmacy nearby, which unfortunately we had to use several times during our trip. The street the apartment faces is fairly quiet. We stayed there towards the end of the season, so I cannot say what it is like during peak season, but during our stay the area was not busy or noisy. There are also several restaurants nearby, although I cannot comment on them because we did not try any. The apartment has air conditioning, and most importantly, you have full control over it. I have stayed in places before where guests could not control the air conditioning themselves, which was quite uncomfortable because the apartment became too cold. Here, it is a standard air-conditioning unit with a remote control in the apartment, so you can switch it on or off and set the temperature exactly as you like. Communication with the host was very pleasant. A big thank you to her, especially because we arrived quite late. Due to traffic and a late flight, we did not get to the apartment until around 10 PM, but despite that, everything went very smoothly. The apartment has a balcony facing the street, and you can see the sea in the distance. The view is exactly as shown in the photos of the property. As for cleanliness, the apartment was very clean.

We stayed for 9 nights, and the only thing I personally missed was a vacuum cleaner. During a longer stay, especially when going to the beach every day, the floor naturally gets dusty and sandy, and sweeping the whole apartment takes quite a while. I would definitely recommend adding one, as it would be very useful for longer stays. One minor issue we encountered was with the washing machine when we wanted to use it for the first time. It had apparently been left closed after the previous use, so there was an unpleasant smell inside. I had to run the cleaning cycle several times with detergent before it was ready to use. I cannot say who was responsible for this, and it was not a major problem once it was cleaned, but it may be worth checking the washing machine between guests and leaving the door open so it can dry properly.

El piso tiene de todo! Incluso sombrillas para la playa! Terracita muy agradable. El apartamento está cerca de playa. No tienes que coger el coche para nada. Hay súper, estanco, banco y restaurantes al alrededor. También está cerquísima de Valencia. Hemos estado muy agusto. El pueblo no está masificado, las playas son bonitas y con la gente justa. Apartamento muy agradable y acogedor. No le faltaba detalle. Volvería a repetir. Sheila muy atenta en todo momento.
