I honestly couldn’t recommend Charlie’s Up enough! The location was perfect, in a beautiful and calm neighborhood in Prati, while still being so convenient for exploring Rome. Self check-in was incredibly easy and everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. The room was absolutely perfect. Everything felt new, spotless, and so well taken care of. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect stay. The balcony and the view were such a beautiful bonus! I also loved all the little details. In the corridor, there was always water, coffee, tea, sweets, and other little things available for guests to take whenever they wanted. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel even more special. But what really stood out was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. I was in contact with the sweetest person throughout our stay, who was always kind, helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. The hospitality genuinely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time in Rome, and I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Charlie’s Up made the whole experience even more memorable. Whenever I come back to Rome, this will be the only place I want to stay. 10/10 in every way!

O café da manhã é em uma cafeteria próxima a hospedagem e você só direito a uma bebida e a um croissant. Não é buffet, então se você está acostumado a tipo de serviço, pode se frustrar, mas a cafeteria é boa e os atendimento foi bom.
