Kasa La Flora Miami Beach

Fantastic

Room was clean and just enough for 2 people . Staff responded pretty quick and was very helpful. we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel since our flight was so late in the day . Housekeeping was very sweet and it was in a perfect location if you want to be in the south beach area . Only thing i didn’t like is that there wasn’t an ice machine and i had to catch the housekeepers outside of the rooms to get more towels and wash cloths but other than that it was perfect .

When I arrived I was greeted by staff who assisted me with my check in which was very easy. You are given a code to enter the property and your room, so there are no key cards to lose or forget which I thought was smart. There is no on site front desk/concierge but I was contacted via text from their virtual front desk throughout my stay to make sure I was settled in and if I needed anything. The lobby was a little underwhelming at first - there was an unused bar and there was no furniture, but I'm guessing it's used mainly during the busy summer season and I was there at an off-peak time. My room was small but clean and perfect for just myself and had a mini refrigerator, iron & hair dryer and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. If traveling with a partner I would suggest booking a suite for more space. There was a closet with hangers and a luggage stand, however there was no dresser with drawers which I would have liked because I like to unpack my suitcase when I travel. The hotel provides beach towels and umbrellas for guests which I thought was very nice and is conveniently located walking distance to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I was traveling alone and felt very safe, and it was very quiet at night, but I was there off peak so that was probably why. If you are looking for an affordable option with minimal fuss I do recommend Kasa La Flor and I would stay here when I visit Miami again.
