Nella frazione Cala di Volpe, a 8 km dal centro di Porto Cervo, a 4 km dal centro di Abbiadori, a 15 km dal centro di Baia Sardinia, sul pendio, quartiere signorile, a 400 m dal mare, in una strada senza uscita. Per uso privato: terreno 3'000 m2 (recintato), giardino terrazzato con piante e alberi, piscina a forma di fagiolo (18 x 5 m, profondità 80 - 200 cm, disponibilità stagionale: 01.Mag. - 15.Ott.). Doccia esterna, terrazza, mobili da giardino, barbecue, pulizia piscina da parte del proprietario/giardiniere. Accesso fino alla casa (20 m strada non asfaltata). 20 m sentiero pedonale fino alla casa. Parcheggio (per 2 auto, coperto) nella proprietà. Supermercato 4 km, fermata bus 8 km, spiaggia sabbiosa "La Celvia" 400 m. Campo da golf (18 buche) 2.5 km. Prego notare: auto consigliata. I bambini piccoli possono utilizzare la scala che porta alla piscina (in parte senza ringhiera e in parte senza passamano) solo accompagnati da un adulto.

Fehlende Fliegenschutzgitter im vorderen Schlafzimmer, alte durchgelegene Matratze, komplett stumpfe Messer, Überragender Ausblick, tolles landestypisches Haus und grünes Grundstück, sensationeller Pool, Einfahrt in das Grundstück für Gäste mit größeren Fahrzeugen sehr eng und anspruchsvoll, ruhig und wunderbar erholsam, Service vor Ort durch F. und G. überragend

We stayed at this beautiful villa for one week in August. We were a party of five of which two were children, aged 8 and 10 years old. The house itself is beautifully designed. There is an arty flair to the interior design and you can see it has been decorated with love. The house fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape. The house is private but not isolated. You definately need a car to get to the supermarket and beaches. The kitchen is a perfect size with all mod cons which was perfect for preparing family meals. The bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds. It was the perfect place to hang out as a family. The view from the terrace was beautiful, we watched all the yachts moored in the sea at night as the sun was setting. The pool is fantastic and well equipped with sunloungers and parasols. There are many terraces around the house to laze about on which Granny loved. The gardens and pool are well lit at night so you can go late night swimming. I remember thinking there was not one thing I would have improved or changed about our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We felt very at home and are definately planning to come back. It was special!
