Our stay at Villa Catalina was extraordinary in every way and exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with great amenities that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Any minor issue or request that came up was handled immediately and professionally, which made the experience completely stress-free.A special thank you goes to Nayelis, whose service was truly next level. She was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Her cooking skills were absolutely outstanding and added such a personal and memorable touch to our stay. The security guard was also phenomenal — professional, courteous, and dependable in every way. He even stayed late when requested, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we felt safe and supported throughout our visit.Communication from the very beginning was top notch thanks to Johana and her assistant Nisa. They were responsive, organized, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure every aspect of our trip went smoothly. This was easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, outstanding service, and a truly memorable stay.

The villa was as advertised. It was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. Our family, which included young kids, loved it. The location is wonderful. You can walk everywhere in the old city. The best part about renting this villa was the courteous and responsive communication with the villa staff. They answered all our questions promptly, helped us book transportation around town, and assisted moving a dinner reservation. We had no issues with noise despite staying there over a Friday and Saturday just after the New Year.I would happily stay here again.

Nice home and layout.
