Location and the access to the facilities especially the Sky Lounge Access. They had the room filled with cutlery and glasses and even left dish washing tablets for the in room dishwasher making life so easy.
The only thing is for a 5 night stay 1 towel each for the entire time was tough especially when using the pools etc. If there was 2x towels per person that would've been great but other than that was nothing to fault

The property exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and that was the main reason we booked it! What we did not expect was a beautiful 50th floor apartment with floor to ceiling windows, overlooking Crown Towers, Docklands, the Bay and much more. The apartment was huge and perfectly clean.
We will definitely be booking this property again.
Totally oblivious to all downstairs reception staff! Preoccupied with their mobile phones. Not caring who comes in or out.

Great location

Location
Not everything is provided considering a service apartment and the price one is paying. Example, not cutting board. No laundry detergent. Shampoo for such a big apartment is hardly enough.
Response is also slow.
