It’s new property, very clean, spacious room as I got upgrade to Executive rooms due to long stay here over 10 days, high level of hospitality, excellent food, especially sumptuous breakfast with lots of Indian food options. Simply amazing.
Nothing particular.

Room is comfortable and clean
Housekeeping staff was very helpful
Service was bad - They don’t help with baggage; you need to ask multiple times for assistance. When you arrive from the car, no one is there to help with your luggage. Even when you check out, you won’t receive any assistance; we have to carry it ourselves.
Staff were generally too busy to help out
Complimentary breakfast - Staff will not seat you but will make you change tables once you get settled. All the options are vegetarian, except for the omelette station.
You will hear music if your room is facing the Blossom Terrace Garden, but it stops at 10 PM.
We paid extra to get a late checkout till 3pm but were locked out after 12.
