Has a kitchen, with all necessary supplies. You can sit outside on the wraparound balcony. Good communication.
The place is fine, but it is more like a motel. It is certainly not a cabin.

There was a code that was sent to me prior to my arrival from that host, the code worked perfectly and we had no issues.
Nothing, everything was lovely.

Communication with the owner of the property was super fast. Location was perfect for travel to any part of the Catskills. The apartment met all my needs.
Clients should simply know that the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and narrow. I'm 73 and negotiated them ok but potential clients should keep that in mind.

Great location very close to Belleayre Mountain, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was excellent memory foam and the ability to adjust the room temperature so easy via digital thermostate, made the stay for 3 days even more comfortable. A special thank you to Lourdes, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly helpful and informative, and to Daniel, the owner, for the warm hospitality. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again when stars align.
All good. Just wish there was dedicated dish rack.
