It was quiet, clean, great location, and very cute. With the temperature being so hot outside, the temperate inside was always wonderful. Communication was excellent.
No washer & dryer. Not enough towels.

Well decorated and very spacious.
The smell of laundry detergent/fabric softener on bedding and towels was extremely overwhelming. One of the beds upstairs was so hard and not able to be slept on. I believe it maybe flipped over on the wrong side.
