The apartment had everything I needed for a 5 days stay, and it was in addition very pretty. I didn't plan on washing clothes but ended up needing it, and voila, there was a washing machine. Since I was travelling for work primarily, I was especially happy to discover a very nice coffee machine!
My stay was great - however, it is useful to have earplugs if you leave the windows open during the night, the street bellow can sometimes be loud in the mornings.
