It was in an excellent location , spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Easy access. We will return for our next london stay.
Nothing ! It was a great stay

Great location, very clean and modern place. I regularly stay in London and this was great price to comfort ratio :)
The room we were staying was very small, so good for 1-2 nights, probably not for a longer stay. But as I mentioned, still very good for the price.

Convenient location, close to tube station. Very clean. Ample supply of coffee.
Proximity to railway line. Trains passing the window 24/7. Room was very small but adequate.

Great location, easy automated check in so didn't see anyone, large room. Very cheap for this part of London.
Very tired and although the bed sheets were clean, the bathroom wasn't very clean, there was no toilet paper, the toilet seat was broken and the shower broken. There were a few sachets of coffee but no tea bags or milk and only one glass so good job we weren't planning on using the kitchenette facilities. The tube runs overland just outside the property so noisy through the night.
