Small breakfast basket with eggs, beans, cereal, sweet treat, crisps and biscuits. Nice touch

Clean, comfortable and spacious . Lots of food provided to welcome us .
It was slightly difficult to regulate the heating as it could only be on for an hour at a time, so when we went back in the evening after eating out in the town, the house was chilly. But it didn’t take long to heat up.

Really lovely properly. It was clean and centrally located. The welcome basket was really sweet and we had an amazing stay!

The welcome basket is a lovely extra! Beds are very comfortable and the owner has thought of everything guests might need! Some condiments, milk, butter, teabags, coffee were all provided! A full fire lighting kit was a lovely bonus too! Thank you!
No bathroom upstairs meant travelling down & floors, doors are all quite creaky so as a light sleeper I heard every movement. Kitchen cupboard doors and ornaments etc could be doing with a clean, dust down.
