It was a quite neighborhood. The house was large and very clean.

Only 2 blocks from the getto..but no one bothered us at all. Neighborhood was really good and the neighbors were very nice

Everything was clean, we had all the necessities, it was close to restaurants and stores.

Exactly what was advertised! Great comfortable beds! All amenities we needed!

Great stay

The house was as expected, clean and comfortable. Has a functional kitchen and bathroom, all bedrooms were of good size. The location was close to the hotspots of Memphis.

We found a couple of roaches in the kitchen and bathroom on the second night and then every night from then on, so we never left food out. The neighbours were loud overnight (12am-3am) revving engines, shouting, playing music and on one instance at 2am were using a table saw. In the very late hours cars were constantly driving in and out on the joined driveway and blocked us in on multiple occasions that we started parking on the street. The windows are poorly sealed so the house constantly smelled of weed which we can only assume was coming from the neighbours. Cigarette burns on the sofa in the lounge which also broken on arrival but still functional.
