Clean and well presented property with all the appliances needed for a family stay.
The location is good, 10 minutes walking distance to the Otsuka station . But it is a 30 minute train ride to the more popular tourist areas of Ginza and Shinjuka.
Lots of amenities and supplies in the house which is great.
Need some practice for driving in this area in the narrow streets often one way. Need to plan pickups, drop offs and car parking if having a hire car.
Lots of stairs which are not unexpected in the small Tokyo properties but will be going up and down between the 3 floors fairly frequently.
