The unit was clean and everything you need for your stay is available. The owner is very responsive to my messages.
The guards were not too friendly. They seem not too happy if you ask for help with directions.

Location by the boulevard, very accessible to good food, massage, cafes and a mall
Clean and complete with what we needed for a comfy stay! Bonus: Automatic washing machine also available; water dispenser
Super value for money
Although there was no person who met with us & the staff did not answer my text, all needed info where emailed to me so the check in and check out were hassle free

I know the location from a previous trip and it's good for peace, close to the sea but also a few bars and a great restaurant nearby.. 10 mind from the port and maybe 20 mins? from airport. A trike will get u to the promenade in 10. It works for me.
Unfortunately, a noisy air con unit wrecked my sleep but otherwise the experience was good and felt secure.
