Location. Some of the staff was welcoming and helpful, both in the reception and restaurant, others were not. The housekeeping staff was very helpful when asked, although they did not clean our apartment during our 4 days stay.

The apartment was right above the outdoor part of the spa, and there was loud and ongoing noise from guest 9 AM to 9 PM. In addition there was the noise from the outdoor spas water etc. 24/7, and there was a lot of loud noise from the ski lift, which was also right outside our apartment. We parked 2 motorcycles in the parking garage, and we had to pay the same as for 2 cars, as there was no assigned MC parking. We only used one parking space as there was a shortage of spaces. The hotel should be able to arrange for assigned MC parking and a difference in price then for cars. The apartment was not cleaned during our 4 days stay.
