We had a wonderful time here! The studio balcony offers a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The building was very quiet, with hardly any residents around, which made it feel peaceful and private. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight - every time we used it, we had it completely to ourselves. The studio is on the smaller side, but it’s tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Despite what some other reviews mention, we had no problems with parking at all - the garage was practically empty during our stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

We experienced some minor technical issues, but the owner assured us they should be resolved for the next guests. Also, the location has a few noise challenges: even though the building isn’t directly on the busy road, traffic can still be loud, especially if there are border controls down the road, causing congestion. In addition, two nearby churches chime every half hour from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM - charming for some, but not ideal if you’re a light sleeper or prefer sleeping in. Plenty of mosquitoes are also part of the experience - thankfully, various repellents were provided, which we appreciated.

Vorhandener Tiefgaragenplatz top. Aufwachen mit Seeblick . . . was will man mehr ! Alles in allem TOP.

Da fällt uns nichts ein.
