The Tavistock Hotel & Inn

Bit worried at first, as building is old and quite quirky in its decor. Very small pub and above are half a dozen rooms. Parking next door is a bit of a faff, but if you use the PayByPhone App you can put a couple of hours on in the morning from your bed without having to go back to the car park as charges are 8am-6pm. Very friendly staff, room well furnished and nice touches such as coffee machine, very clean albeit an old building. Breakfast was amazing, basically order whatever you want, with quality ingredients and well cooked. Only gripe was we were at the front above the street and delivery lorry was outside at 6am, but that's not the pubs fault. Highly recommended for Tavistock stay.

Double glazing.

Very cosy and beautiful environment, with plenty of refreshments and biscuits in the room, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable, and the staff were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel — a 10/10 from me! 😀

Absolutely Nothing

The facilities were excellent and I will stay here again in the future.

Every aspect of my stay was great.

Although breakfast was advertised as being available, and there was a menu in the room, we were told there wasn't any breakfast. Similarly there was supposed to be parking, but there wasn't any at the hotel. Although some people were eating when we arrived, we were told that they couldn't provide any food for us.

There appeared to be a general indifference to our custom.
