Questo appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Pensacola. Bayview Dog Beach Park si trova a soli 7 minuti a piedi, quindi non ti serve la macchina per arrivarci. Perché non la lasci presso il tuo alloggio, che offre anche un parcheggio? Se invece hai voglia di guidare, ti bastano 6 minuti per raggiungere Teatro Saenger.

Sapevi che questo appartamento ha anche spazi all'aperto? Risposati nel giardino e sul balcone. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Tra i tanti confort di questa sistemazione, ricordiamo un’area soggiorno, un'area barbecue, l'aria condizionata e uno studio. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e shampoo. This property was excellent for entertaining my family, who our locals, for lunch. Lots of room for the kids in the yard. Plenty of seating for socializing. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The neighbor in the back has a gorgeous garden and bird watching is a plus while enjoying the deck. The host staff has been nothing but accommodating, welcoming and wonderful. Amazing use of space. It is clean and beautiful. I stay in East Hill every 4 months . I definitely will keep this on my list.

Justin is a perfect host, considerate, discreet, warm and helpful. He has the true class of being neither absent nor too present. His family is adorable, and he makes you feel like a guest in a friend's home.The location is superb, the neighborhood delightfully elegant, and the proximity to the bayou a precious plus.Dear Justin, your home is lovely, comfortable, and so thoughtfully designed—it really makes you feel at ease. You've struck a perfect balance: it doesn’t feel overly personalized, yet it clearly has your touch, which makes it easy for guests to feel like it’s their home, too.Everything works perfectly, there haven’t been any issues at all, and it’s clear that everything’s been thought through in advance. Hats off to you—and thanks again!I'll be back as soon as I can!PS: On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed by the chaotic, slow and inefficient service provided by Abritel, VRBO's French partner, both by e-mail and by telephone (where are the operators who have difficulty understanding and expressing themselves in French?). I've always found it extremely difficult to get clear answers to my questions. It was the 1st time I used this service; it will be the last. Fortunately, Justin offers his properties for rent on other platforms, which are efficient (I've used them in the past without any problems).
