Spacious and clean!

Sort of a cool old property. Lots of history in that house. Worked well for our group but can use a bit of freshen up. Overall no complaints.

We loved this house

Family-friendly; Pet-friendly, but several openings in back yard fence in which our dog could've escaped and other animals could enter. We were constantly on guard taking the dog out!. Overall house clean, but many ants in kitchen. We also dealt with a bat inside the house for most of our stay, which was extremely distressing. On the second night, it repeatedly swooped and dove at our kids on the third floor, forcing them to move to a bedroom on the second floor. The following night, the bat followed them there and began dive-bombing everyone again. It flew between floors nonstop until we were finally able to contain it in a small cove area on the second floor. None of the six of us got much sleep as a result. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced a bat inside a living space, and it appeared unusually aggressive. At one point, it was flying in circles in a bedroom and repeatedly diving at my boys’ bed, coming directly at their pillows. We were also very concerned for our small dog, who stays kenneled at night and when we are out, as the bat had unrestricted access to the living areas. Overall, we had a good time at this property and it was extremely convenient for our needs just that pesky bat did not allow us to restfully enjoy our stay!
