Close location to the city and the wider community facilities being close also. All the bathrooms in the place handy az when traveling with 3 girls
The large double bed were very uncomfortable hard az ended up sleeping on the bare floor in the main room as that was more comfortable than the bed.
The 2 single beds were ok for the kids defnitly not great but better than the double bed

I’ve stayed at ALOT of places and this is by far the best out of anywhere I’ve stayed, it’s like a home away from home and it’s super cozy, comfortable and quiet, clean and warm, everything you need and more
Only minor inconvenience is no tv in bedroom but not a big deal

Amazing stay!
Parking was super convenient，right next to the property, in the first parking spot.
The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were coffee capsules and a coffee machine.
The main attractions in the city centre are about a 30–40 minute walk away.
The host was very friendly and responded promptly to messages or calls.
There’s a nearby Slick Burger that’s especially delicious—apparently the best burger in Christchurch.
We’ll be coming back to stay at this house at the end of the month!
The upstairs bedrooms don’t have heating or heater/AC, so it can get a little cold at night.
