The apartment has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished in a modern style. It offers everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The location is excellent, with shops and the beach within easy reach. Communication with the host was always friendly, helpful, and highly service-oriented.

Everything okay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has recently been renovated and is modern, clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher, cooking utensils and useful essentials such as washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, toiletries and washing machine products. The apartment was comfortable for two people. The main bed, pillows and sofa bed were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was quick and reliable, and the air conditioning was in the living room and worked really well. The shower had good water pressure and the boiler temperature could easily be adjusted. The host was fantastic and we genuinely couldn’t fault him. He was flexible with check-in and check-out, left us wine and water in the fridge, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay. He was friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. The location was great. Žnjan Beach is around a 20-minute walk downhill, although we used Uber for around €5. The centre of Split is approximately a 40-minute walk, but Ubers are very affordable and Bolt is also available. The neighbourhood is quiet and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The apartment is slightly tucked away behind the first row of apartments, so we struggled to find it initially, but once we knew where it was, it was fine. The little private garden was also a lovely feature and a great place to relax. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the host was genuinely excellent.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return, but there is one important thing we would mention, particularly as there were no previous reviews highlighting this when we booked. The apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms, but it actually has one separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the open-plan kitchen/living area. We only realised this when the host explained the sleeping arrangements when arranging check in. This was absolutely fine for the two of us as friends, and I think it could work well for a couple or a family with young children. However, four adults may find the layout less practical, as using the sofa bed means there is no sofa available during the stay and the bedding needs to be put away each morning. It also meant that we had less privacy than we expected from a two-bedroom property. We were told this was because of how Booking.com categorises the apartment, but we intentionally chose it because it was listed as a two-bedroom property, so we do think the listing could be clearer. A couple of smaller additions would also improve the apartment. There isn't a full-length mirror, and the existing mirrors are positioned quite high. We also found there was no microwave when we went to heat up some meal-prepped food. Neither was a major issue, but both would be useful additions. These things did not significantly affect our stay and we had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again; we just think the bedroom layout is important for future guests to be aware of before booking. Muy nuevo, mobiliario y camas perfecto. Muy limpio. Trato con propietaria excelente. Tambien nos dio indicaciones del bus así como algunos productos de cortesía: bebidas, etc... parada de bus a cinco minutos. El parking no es privado pero no tendras ningun problema en aparcar. En resumen muy bien!!

Por poner algo, para cafeteros como yo, sin cafetera, ni siquiera una melita y sin cucharillas. Suplimos con cafe en polvo que nos facilitaron ellos mismos, bien! Alejado del centro historico, aunque la conexion es muy buena en bus. La entrada, llegamos de noche y el aspecto del barrio no nos parecio bueno, aunque luego te das cuenta que es así en la zona. Te sientes muy seguro, es un barrio más de la ciudad.
