The apartment is centrally located, everything you need is within walking distance (including important bus stop for the airport, or main metro lines). It was cozy, clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Appropriate also for children since there was an additional bunk bed. Despite central location it was very silent during both night and day.
It is located in older building without an elevator (might be important for elder travelers).
Everything was nice :)

The location is central. The apartment is spacious enough for 1 or 2 people and has a good design. The AC functions well.
The WiFi is sluggish, making it difficult to use for Zoom meetings. The linen and towels appear to be of poor quality and quite old. I noticed several reviews over the past year mentioning the same issues, and management assured they'd address it, but nothing has changed. I've added a few photos to illustrate the condition of both.
