Nachdem die bei Airbnb gebuchte Wohnung eine Katastrophe war, haben wir mitten in der Nacht eine Alternative gesucht und sind bei Up & Great fündig geworden. Binnen weniger Minuten haben wir die Buchungsbestätigung und die Zugangscodes gehabt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren im Überfluss vorhanden. Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Zucker und Sahne sind bereit gelegt worden. Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr geräumig (1 große Küche mit Esstisch, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch, Bad und Balkon), das Bett ist richtig bequem, auch die Couch ergibt ein vollwertiges Doppelbett. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backrohr und Kühlschrank. Geschirr zum Essen und Kochen ist jede Menge vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen, direkt am Bahnhof. In der Nacht war es trotzdem ruhig. Wenn man die Fenster schließt, hört man gar nichts von draußen. Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das einzige, was mir ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war eine Möglichkeit, Jacken im Flur aufzuhängen. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte etwas höher sein, aber sonst war es für uns die perfekte Ferienwohnung für unseren Städtetrip.

The staff was very willing to help and were quick to respond when contacted! The location is very nice, close to the train station!

The main reason for our rating not being higher is that the cleanliness could have been better! Not taken into account in the rating, we were a bit bothered by the noise and smells from the shisha bars downstairs! I know that is not up to the property owner to fix but if people are sensitive to noise around bedtime then maybe it is not the place for them! Over all it was a good stay.

Is really modern, well ventilated, good quality small electronics.

I would like to have a little bit more place to lay things in the kitchen, maybe a small table in it would be good. Also the mattress of the bedroom was too soft for my back so i would not be able to sleep well more than a couple of nights.

Checkin process is good.

Apartment was damp and smelly. The bedroom sheets were not cleaned. Towels had hair in it. There were medicines from previous guests left near bed. Dishes were wet inside the cupboard. During the checking it would be best if the landlord describes that the main entrance(First door) has no passcode. We were searching for passcode keyboards outside. And the Area is ok, but immediately next to the apartment people were acting super sus. As we were with parents, we were expecting a safer environment. There were SO much noise during the night in the building.
