Nice clean property great communication from owner

Location was perfect, super close to everything (the beach, the circus, etc). Apartments are modern and well renovated.
Walls are paper-thin so you do hear everything outside and from other apartments. Apartments could use better cleaning (especially vaccuming the floors).

Apartment was lovely inside, modern and spacious
Lack of cooking equipment
Drug dealer coming and going all day and night to the flats behind, parking right outside the window and using the ally way.
No bedding for the sofa bed
