Townhouse OAK Makati Manila Near PNR Pasay Evangelista formerly VIP Suites

Had a pretty decent stay here for a really cheap price. I didn't get to interact much with the staff, but they were helpful whenever I needed assistance. Two things I really liked about the place were the 24-hour store inside, where you can get basic essentials and food, and the nearby 7-Eleven, which is only about a one to two-minute walk away. The hot shower worked well, the toilet flushed properly, the bidet worked, and the hair dryer worked as well, except for the one in the female-only bathroom. Overall, I think this accommodation is fine if you're mainly looking for an affordable place to sleep during a short trip and don't have high expectations. Just make sure to read the reviews beforehand so you know what to expect.

Prior to booking this accommodation, I read reviews from other guests mentioning cockroaches and bathroom cleanliness, so I already knew what to expect, especially since this was a last-minute, budget booking. That said, I still wasn't expecting to see so many small cockroaches crawling on the walls, bed, and headboard of the dormitory room I stayed in. However, I had already read the reviews before booking, so I knew this was a possibility. What mattered most to me was simply having a place to sleep during a short trip without spending too much. I'm not sure about the other rooms, but the room I was assigned to was quite cold for my liking. I was too shy to turn up the AC temperature since the others might have preferred it that way, so I just endured the cold. The blanket provided was also very thin, so if you get cold easily, you might want to bring or buy a thicker one. If you're planning to book a dormitory room, just be aware that you may end up sharing the room with people who snore/talk loudly, move around a lot in their sleep, or close the door loudly. As for the bathroom, I personally wasn't too bothered by its condition. I'm not easily grossed out by these things. What mattered to me was having a hot shower, a working bidet, and a toilet that flushes properly. I could overlook the rest, especially considering the price. Regarding the Wi-Fi, I didn't ask if there was a separate network for the dormitory rooms. The Wi-Fi I connected to was the lobby's, and while it worked fine when I was nearby, the signal was weak in the room. When you're away from the lobby, the connection can be quite spotty. My phone signal wasn't strong enough either, so my mobile data wasn't very reliable.

It's really worth the price, or even more. I booked bunk bed or dormitory room for my brother, the room is good for 8 person but there were only 4 person including himself. He also said that the room is clean, so many Comfort room (CR) to choose, the aircon is working good and there is restaurant where you can order good and affordable food. I will surely book again.

I like the staff members who are very accomdodating. They all asssisted me with everything I want.

I did not have anything that I dislike since as what I have mentioned, all of the staff members are nice to me.
