Having an en-suite and the diner was great.
A bedside lamp would be a bonus

I wanted a bed near the Hilton but not at their prices. This was next door. I expected a truck stop type of place but it wasn't like that at all. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. My room had its own bathroom

It is modern and confortable. A good budget accomodation as much cheaper than any other accomnodation in Taupo. Nice room and great shared lounge. Good shower facilities. Great cafe/restaurant attached to the property.
The auto-code to enter my room didn't work and I had to ring their switchboard to get a new code. They sorted it very efficiently but other guests said they had same problem. The TV in the TV lounge didn't work. The TV in the bedroom did but its remote didn't. One of toilets wasn't working properly.
