Felt like home away from home, very conveniently designed - almost everything you need is in the apartment (the fan, heaters, multiplugs & extension cords, washing machine, extra blankets) & was clearly thought out for guest comfort.
The apartment complex (Ground floor & 1st floor) was sometimes noisy and overcrowded due to a large population of university students.

The facilities are perfect. I love the smoking bar, the food and the spa treats
Need to fix sewer pipe, there is odour in the lower ground levels. I think there is a blockage besides this I will still book here still.

It’s a good place I guess, much better than being stranded. I liked the restaurant in the building but the apartment was a 5/10 honestly. Appreciated the baby cot
The place is not family friendly in terms of the location, too many shady characters in and out of the building, the blankets where smelling of perfume, I assume it was from previous guests, wondered when last they were washed, furniture is worn out and the appliances are old(kettle). It’s not well maintained, there’s also a funky smell in the toilet from the mops that are kept in there, the mat in the lounge has dirt stains too.

Loved the location , the restaurant was really nice and classy
The property is poorly managed , the hostess was a no show , poor response and literally not interested. Customer service is not a priority with this specific booking , the apartment was dusty and had a cigarette stench when we entered and we do not smoke . The inside of the kettle was disgusting. Upon check in I only received one access card and had to request a second one. I will honestly never book here again.
