The JC Apart Hotel is located at a very convenient location (close to markets, restaurantes and the subway), and at a building that features a 24h frontdesk with a person (which makes it secure). The apartment we stayed at was great and had a kitchen, an en-suite, and a living room. The kitchen had all appliances, cookware and utensils (we only missed an extra coffee mug and a spoon, but that didn't impacted our experience). Also, the staff responds quickly through whatsapp.
