A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Trulli complex with pool in Puglia near town - lamabuonasera
The Trulli lamabuonasera are in Castellana Grotte, a charming little town -- the perfect location to reach the beach, historical towns and sites nearby. The Trulli complex is rented as a complete unit and it feature three independent suites with bathrooms, living areas and patio/dining area. Hectares of Mediterranean plants and a pool completes the external areas. Outside of town but minutes away – the perfect location for a relaxing and yet connected holiday.
INSIDE
Trulli are rural housing styles built with stones and cones that are well documented in Puglia since the middle ages. Our family has renovated the property to preserve the buildings and the flow of the traditional buildings, but also updated the compound to match comfort to the quiet relaxation of the countryside.
Each room has modern, individual temperature control.
Each bedroom features a queen size bed (160 x200).
For smaller groups a suite or two can be very cozy and independent, but because the suites are separated by doors, they can be connected for larger families and groups to treat as an entire social compound. Smaller standalone cots and high chairs are available for small children to join you.
OUTSIDE
The pool is 10m by 4m and slopes gently down to 1.5m deep with an easy stairway entrance. Salt water cleans the pool, not chlorine, so it can be enjoyed as long as you want. There’s a gazebo to help protect from the sun when necessary, and lounge and sun chairs when the heat is necessary, too. The land surrounding the Trulli is full of olives, carob, figs, persimmon, quince, heirloom pear and apple, and cherry trees, so there’s always something to enjoy during the growing seasons.
The Trulli Lamabuonasera are completely restored and ready to welcome new guests!
Guest access
Our guests will have exclusive access to the whole property, including a remote controls for the gates. The property is entirely fenced off and gated, so safe to let children wander and hunt for fruit.
Other things to note
The pool is cleaned and regularly checked at a time agreed with the guests.
The rates do not include the tourism tax (2€ per night per person; free for under12).
