Sognavi di trovarti a due passi dalla riva dell'oceano? Con questa casa vacanza per non fumatori potrai sfruttare al massimo questo vantaggio. Garden City Beach è veramente a due passi e se poi hai ancora voglia di camminare Surfside Beach è a soli 9 minuti.
Oltre a 3 camere e 2.5 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai un’area soggiorno e l'aria condizionata. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, una macchina per il ghiaccio e un microonde. Lascia lo spazio per i souvenir in valigia: qui trovi lavatrice e asciugatrice, per cui non avrai bisogno di molti vestiti di ricambio. This was a great property and vacation, in general. It was amazing to walk out and right onto the sand. The living room and master balcony views were also wonderful and the location was convenient. The office personnel were pleasant and booking/checking out was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was so perfect for us that we almost want to keep this our little secret. We always feel well tended to with GC Realty and we received superb and flawless service this visit as well. First time users of VayKLife equipment rental and it was flawless as well. We have no complaints on the property. Parking was a challenge but GC Realty provided options. The balcony views were our favorite and the beach access is unmatched. Allowing a golf cart was a big draw for us. All of the beds slept well. The king bedroom is spacious. The other bedrooms are tight. Decor is updated and everything is well maintained.

Negatives as follows. Approaching entrance door it is apparent that any insect or others can enter condo between bottom of door and door plate. A trim sweep must be applied. 2 coach roaches were caught during our stay, non reflective of the cleanliness of the condo. Sliding glass doors do not lock and this condo is directly oceanfront,so a safety concern. A moldy dirty plastic tube is there to act as a wedge but could easily be pushed apart with effort. Overall Garden City Realty is excellent and the unit is well equipped and quite nicely decorated. Value versus cost rated at a 7.
