Parking and water outside with a poor drainage system.

Lovely, clean and comfortable with thoughtful little extras included like spices, sugar, oil etc. Safe parking.
Not a problem for us, but may hinder others - 2 flights of stairs that may be difficult for less able-bodied people to navigate with suitcases and no lift. Small suggestion is to have a clothes horse for wet beach towels, although there is a wash line available outside, which is handy. Not quite close enough to hear or see the sea, but an easy, close walk to the beach.
