Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée La femme de ménage qui est entrée en avance sans s’annoncer à la fin du séjour

The apartment is beautifully decorated. It is modern, comfortable, and we felt very good there. It had everything we needed for a pleasant 3 days stay. The hosts were very quick to respond and did their best to help us have an enjoyable stay.

We would definitely recommend the apartment and the hosts. The reason for which we are giving this low score is because, unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment had not yet been cleaned after the previous guests, and we also received the access code later than expected. This resulted in some lost time from the sightseeing we had planned, as we needed to contact the hosts, explain the situation, arrange temporary accommodation, and wait for the apartment to be cleaned. That being said, we really appreciated how quickly and kindly the hosts handled the situation. They responded promptly, arranged a temporary place for us to stay, and made sure the original apartment was cleaned and ready as soon as possible. We understand that occasional mix-ups can happen, and what mattered to us was how the situation was handled. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and genuinely tried to make things right. That is why we would be happy to recommend both the apartment and the hosts.

Tutto. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, struttura pulita, accogliente, comoda. Eravamo due adulti e tre bambini e siamo stati comodi, viste le dimensioni è vivibile comodamente anche in molte più persone.

Tutto top

Host is very kind and helpful. Apartment is nicely furnished.

Isolation is indeed poor — or perhaps it's more accurate to say that there is no isolation at all. You can hear every word and sound from the neighboring apartments. The kitchen is shared between three apartments, which was not mentioned on the booking page, and we were not aware of this. If this had been clearly stated, we would have looked for alternative accommodation.
