Appeared recently renovated. Comfortable bedding, clean, plenty of light switches. Location good, on-street parking good. Laundry facilities handy.
Not a true B&B, if that is the goal needs better breakfast provisions. Owner should stay here a few nights in order to be sure details are all in place - bathroom, kitchen especially.

Very walkable. Close to food, shops, parks, and transit. Easy to find and get into the unit. No issues finding parking. Unit was clean and equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Host was communicative and informative.
My only concern, which is very minor, was in the bathroom. Bathtub is particularly slick and could use a grip mat or something similar. Also some hooks for that bath towels would be nice.

The bathtub could have been cleaner and better maintained. Also there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom
