We loved the location of the property in a quiet area but still close to everything. The bed was really comfortable & it had a large bathroom & good shower.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The assistance from the host from the very moment we made our booking to our checkout was fantastic. The location of this property is also perfect, close to a little park to escape the heat and nibble on a delicious focaccia from a highly rated bakery across the road, or ducking down to the pizzeria below the apartment to pick up a late night pizza. Very walkable to the river and the old town. The apartment was clean, very well stocked (a steamer for your linen), and exactly what we needed. Not too many frills but why do you need them when you are surrounded by the most stunning architecture.

Our stay was an absolute dream! Our room was beyond lovely, and we had two Juliet-style balconies that looked over the plaza below. The location is just on the edge of the city center, so it was somehow quiet but still only a few minutes walk from all the action. There is a grocery store and several very good restaurants in the plaza itself, which is nice if you don’t want to go anywhere more than a minute away, or if you need to pick up grocery items. As the rooms are old converted apartments, it is more like if an AirBnb and a Hotel had a baby. :) There isn’t a lobby or reception, but instead little private rooms off of a beautifully decorated hallway. The air conditioning was AMAZING and so necessary as our stay was in July, and as it was so close to everything we could pop back to our room to cool off during the day. There was daily housekeeping (which was a nice surprise!) and the very kind housekeeper refilled the coffee pods each day so we could make our own little espresso every morning. :) If we needed anything (including wonderful recommendations and advice on how to book a taxi) the staff were only a phone call or message away, and we felt very well taken care of. We recommend this hotel 100% and cannot wait to come back some day! Thank you for a wonderful trip!
