This is a cozy house as described . The neighborhood seems to be quiet. The location is good. I've stayed here a couple of times and had little problems, if any.
Unfortunately, the ice machine doesn't work on the refrigerator. To their credit, they do supply you with a bag of ice. Maybe that's nitpicking.

Pretty much everything. The location, the ease of entry, and the cleanliness of the house.
Unfortunately, the backdoor was unlocked when I arrived. The smoke alarm and another sensor had low batteries, so it kept beeping the whole time. Everyone makes mistakes.
