Novotel Abidjan Marcory

Second time I go there, always on the top floors because I have access to the LOUNGE at 15th floor. The staff inside are fantastic but best one mr. Amondji that helped me a lot with me and my customers and he was very professional . The rooms are very quiet no noise at allo from the outstide.

L’accueil, la propreté et le professionnalisme du personnel. La salle de sport. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le room service , les commandes arrivaient très rapidement et le personnel était toujours courtois et professionnel.

Le petit déjeuner est assez bien fourni. Seulement beaucoup d'efforts reste à faire pour le service en chambre

Le room service n'est pas rapide dans l’exécution des commandes.

Beautiful hotel and great rooms

This hotel was clearly designed by and for men, not women. Particularly men who have little to no hair. They provide no hair conditioner in the bathrooms, which is crazy for a 4 star hotel. I called 5 times over a 18 hour period to request hair conditioner so I could wash my hair - 2 times they said yes and brought me shampoo instead. 1 time they said no it’s not possible as they have none. 1 time they said they’d bring it, but nothing came. Then eventually on the 5th time they brought some - about 18 hours after my first request. If this was a backpacker hostel then fine I’d go out and buy my own conditioner, but this is supposed to be a normal hotel so it was crazy that they don’t have amenities for women to wash their hair!
