4泊しましたが、ロケーションが良く、清潔で過ごしやすい宿でした。
また、ホストが滞在中も宿泊状況を気にかけてくださり、不足しそうになったアイテムを届けてくださり、安心して宿泊できました。
特にありません。
強いて言えば、たいしたことではありませんがバルコニーのバーベキュー用のガスボンベの残量が少なかったことくらいでしょうか。

Perfect location, walking distance to downtown but right outside of downtown noise. Very nice house, has all small necessities. Host was very welcoming and gave us tons of great recommendations. If we come to Auckland gain - will definitely stay there!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Very handy to convention centre.

The location is superb. Balcony for enjoying meals, comfortable settee and chairs. Washing machine and clothes airer. Communication with the host was excellent, she even recommended restaurants and cafes in the area.
The only room that had a reverse cycle air conditioner was the living/lounge/kitchen area up the first flight of stairs. The bedroom on the ground floor in front of the garage was hot and that bathroom/shower was very small. The 2 bedrooms up another flight of stars from the living/lounge/kitchen area were very hot and there was only one pedestal fan in the main bedroom which did not assuage the heat. The share bathroom on the top floor was a good size.
