Luxurious suite with a lot of amenities. Very helpful host. Conveniently placed on victoria line, with basic shops close by (most notably a Starbucks) and also a bus away from where I needed to be. Particularly convenient if you want to access the north east of the city, but a surprisingly value choice even if you want to visit the centre. The amenities are impressive.

Nothing really. Of course a real hotel would have toothpaste which I forgot, but that's a very minor thing.

Location is very convenient. Close to tube and easily accessible from both stansted airport and london central. Flat is very modern and furnished with quality items.

Only downside is balcony door stop was not working

After booking this accommodation at short notice, it exceeded our expectations. We usually stay somewhere else when attending Tottenham events, however this apartment was much closer. It was easy to find, comfy, and comfortable, with a nice, high-standard decor plus en-suite in the main bedroom. For 3 people staying it was perfect! Loved the included teas & towels too, made being away from home feel like home 💛.

Although easy to find, the instructions to get in were slightly vague. After multiple trains were cancelled on route from West Midlands, I was worried about getting access once the final check-in time of 11pm had passed. Having phoned the contact numbers given on booking and emailing in, no response was received (it was significantly stressful as travelling alone initially). However, despite arriving at 11.30pm, entry was straightforward & staff were still onsite, super friendly and accommodating. Although a £200 deposit was required to secure the property (which I knew from reading the booking.com website), it took maybe another 5-7days after staying to have this returned to my account. Would absolutely stay again despite this ☺️

The property itself is lovely and my apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location of The Sessile is great, with easy access to buses and both overground and underground stations.

Upon arrival, I had to buzz a few times before being let in. Once I entered the first gate & arrived at the entrance for the building, I buzzed & yet again had to wait a while before I gained entry. Upon entering the building, there was no one at reception, I waited a while & there was also a resident waiting to speak to someone. When I asked them if someone was working on reception, she informed me that someone had been there 15 minutes prior. Having waited, I called the number shown on the desk, a gentleman answered & said he would be coming. When he arrived, I informed him I was checking in, which seemed to surprise him as he said that no one told him that I was checking in. I showed him the booking confirmation on my phone & he gave me the key for the apartment. I had a couple of suitcases and bags plus was accompanied by my 6yr old granddaughter & at no time was I offered any help. Upon arriving at my apartment door, the key would not work. Fortunately, one of the cleaners was in the corridor, and he tried to help me by trying the key himself, however, it still wouldn't work. He was very kind, took my key, and told me to wait because I had a lot of luggage and that he would go down to reception and try to sort out the key. He returned and said that the gentleman at reception was unable to help. He then tried his key to see if there was an issue with the door or just my key. He even asked me if I was able to use the key to access the lift & I told him yes, there wasn't a problem at all with the lift. His key worked fine, & I asked if I could go into the apartment, put our things in and then go & sort out the key. When my granddaughter & I returned downstairs, there was no one at reception. I had to go to the store to buy some groceries, when we returned, we went back up to the room to try the key once again because I thought that it not working may have been as a result of arriving early. It didn't work.
