Das es eine richtige venezianische Wohnung war.
Es roch muffig in den einen Bad , neben dem Schlafzimmer.
Kein Fernseher ,für mich kein Problem, aber für meinen Mann wegen WM schon.

Location was perfect - in the heart of trendy Cannaregio but still quiet and peaceful. Felt super safe. Lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and gelato shops within minutes from the front door. Far from the San Marco crowds but all the main sights in only a c. 20 minute walk away, and close to a couple of vaporetto stops. Clear directions and instructions for getting in. Host was very responsive on WhatsApp.
The flat has a lived-in and slightly bohemian, studenty feel which might not be to everyone's taste. For the price, one might expect something a little smarter. Kitchen is absolutely tiny, really just a gas hob, sink and bar fridge. No storage at all. As it's on the ground floor, it's quite dark and you don't really have a view of the canal though you're right next to one. Bigger bathroom really needs to be renovated - there is mould and a lot of peeling paint.

The location is excellent! Very quiet spot in a very interesting neighborhood. Beautiful canals around and great restaurants we would have missed if we didn't stay there

Excellent location. Near the Strada Nova and not that far from the station, either.. but quiet and with lots of atmosphere. Nicely decorated flat in keeping with the city vibe.
Annoying lack of storage space which was taken up by the owner’s stuff. Annoying sliding doors to hide the kitchenette. Annoying - positively dangerous- floor fitting for said sliding doors. Lack of practical stuff for self catering- viz plug for kitchen sink; no tea towels; no bowl for washing up.
