Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented from Garden City Realty a few times and am never disappointed. The whole rental process was seamless and easy. The condo was very beautiful and extremely clean and has a great side view of the beach. The area was quiet, family friendly and very safe. Highly recommend Garden City Realty and Sea Oaks 208!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in this condo. Loved the location! Easy parking, and plenty of spaces. The condo was comfortable for our family. We always cook on vacation, and utilized the kitchen every night. Plenty of items to make our meals. Like that we are able to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The stand up shower in the master is very small. The only “issue” we had was the floor in the tub has nothing to keep you from slipping. Even the small shower was a little tricky. We ended up just putting a towel in the bottom of the tub so mom wouldn’t slip. The time of year we went was perfect to be able to get to talk to some of the owners! Lovely group of people. Would definitely recommend to friends or family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: balcony furniture was great along with the view of the ocean. Overall condo was fine.but the comodes in both bathrooms were sized seen in kindergarden bathrooms. I guess the owner are very short.
