Location is good with a small shopping/dining mall on lower level. The unit is a reasonable size for one person and was clean.
Having to pay to use the pool is an issue for me. Spotted a few small roaches in the kitchen area.

Nothing it was just as I expected and great value for money

The facilities were just great! You will find everything you need within 100 meter of your location. Shopping, Food, 7/11, Spa, Restaurants, Bars -- everything. The room is adequately supplied. The owner is very responsive and cooperative and the gigantic pool was a cherry on top.
Only drawback is the waiting for the lift during peak hours.
