Staff , bed, fresh towels every day , free coffee, activities & social meals .
The pillow was too small & flat , & a mirror in the bedroom would be good.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere, big community space/kitchen.
Very clean bathroom and toilets.
Private room was spacious and bed comfortable.

Bathroom situation:
The sinks have low faucets and the water saving setting makes it about impossible to properly wash one’s face in the morning. I saw people using the shared kitchen for their morning routine. And the towels are the worst ever. Weird microfiber that irritated my skin but hardly soaked up any water. Nice showers with good pressure though.
No mirror in private room, very uncomfortable chair.
The cat litter smell in front of the rooms on 5th floor.

Clean bedroom and bathroom, strong shower, comfortable beds, well organised, water, towels and slippers provided, great location and price. Spacious triple room with everything we needed for our one night stay.
People in the lobby area being able to see straight into the entrance of the bathroom. Lacks a bit of privacy as you need to pass by the counter and communal area after your shower.

清潔でシンプルな内装がよかった。
無料のペットボトル水があったり、タオルを使えたり、アメニティもしっかりしていて、使いやすいかった。
5階Cの部屋は入口ドアがすりガラスで、外の灯りが見えて、夜眩しかった。
5階の共有フロアに出ると、トイレの臭いがする。
時期のものか、排水口からなのか、少し不快だった。
